I am still unwell with full on flu. So qigong has not been an option. The thought of doing that much movement even while sitting is impossible. But I am focussing on mindfulness.....not formal meditation but being patient, with myself, just accepting that when I am this poorly I can't do anything . I am also reminding myself this will pass that I on'y have to cope with what I am experience one moment and one breath at a time .
Sometimes you need to balance what you want with what is possible....and just accept how things are
